British Standard tarmac
The most versatile of surfacing materials, our tarmac is produced locally to British Standard 4987. It is laid and rolled whilst hot to give a lasting, durable and economical surface. The surface can be either hand laid or machine laid depending on the size of the area to be covered and usually comprises of a base course and wearing course macadam.
The wearing course can be coloured or have decorative stone rolled into it to give an individual look.
